Exchange and return policy
Replacement policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to him by the store within the three days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to return the product after one day has passed.
2- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping fee of 30 riyals and the shipping fee for the replacement item of 30 riyals if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping fee for the replacement item and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
3- The customer bears the cost of packaging in the case of return and exchange, according to the number of boxes used in the return and exchange process. This refers to the damaged boxes that are returned and the boxes prepared for shipping for exchange if two pieces or more are requested. Its value is estimated at 10 riyals per piece and increases with each piece that is returned or exchanged. We do not have shipping without packaging at all.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, excluding products that are defective or that do not conform to the specifications specified by the consumer.
2- If the product consists of videotapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used.
3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else that is considered a publication.
4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's misuse.
5- If the contract deals with the provision of accommodation, transportation or food services.
6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products online.
7- The customer bears the order fees from the Salla company website, which we paid and deducted from the purchase process. The average amount is estimated at 5 riyals, which is deducted from the customer.
8- In the case of special offers, the customer bears the cost of the exchange policy and delivers the product to the shipping company within one day of the order, even if there is free shipping.
Return policy:
1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product within one day from the date of receiving the product.
2- The return of the product is conditional on the product being in good condition and the consumer not having used the product or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process within Riyadh or other cities in the Kingdom. These costs include the shipping label (30 SAR), the return shipping fee (30 SAR), and the courier fee (50 SAR), which will be deducted from the customer's payment (the order pickup and return fee). For international and domestic returns, the consumer bears the full shipping costs, which are determined according to the shipping rate for the destination country. These costs will be deducted from the customer's payment (the order pickup and return fee) and the product will be handed over to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

9- The return will be cancelled if the customer delays shipping the returned product for more than one day after informing us of his desire to return it, and the status will be changed to an exchange.

The customer did not respond to the request for delivery or refused delivery intentionally or unintentionally.
We will give the customer sufficient time to contact us via WhatsApp at 0599006867 and request to cancel the order. The customer will then receive a refund minus the 30 shipping fee, which is approximately 5 days from the time the shipping company contacts them.
If he does not contact us within the aforementioned period, his order will be considered valid and we will not be responsible for his shipment, even if it is returned to our warehouse. He has the right to request that the product be reshipped with a new waybill, for which he will pay a fee of 30 riyals.
10- If the customer does not receive the order or requests cancellation before receiving it after the shipping company sends them a receipt notification, a fee of 35 riyals will be applied to the customer. This fee covers the issuance of the shipping label and packaging and will be transferred to our bank account. If the customer does not respond to us, the order will not be canceled, even if it is returned to our warehouse. A new shipping label will be requested at a new fee of 30 riyals, and the same order will be shipped again to the customer's location.
